Washington evening to feature steak and scotch

Washington foodies who would like to take their culinary experience to the next level may want to be sure they are one of the ticket holders for an event that will combine scotch and select wagyu steak to create an evening of elegance.

Executive Chef Kyoo Eom has created a menu that will consist of five courses, each of which will be paired with a selected tasting from The Macallan scotch collection. The event will open with welcome cocktails and canapes, and from there, the assembled group will head to the dining table.

After Chef Kyoo had led the diners to the space where they will enjoy their main meal, the guests will take their seats for the rest of the evening. It will feature Wagyu steak served various ways, and the meal will be topped off with slices of German chocolate cake. The attendees will have lots of time to mingle, and the event is intended for meat lovers only.

To thank the guests for being part of this special culinary experience, the host will present each diner with a special corporate gift to take home with them. Tickets for the function are $275 each, and the first five people to purchase passes will receive a thank you premium.

Dirty Habit DC , which can be found at 555 8th Street Northwest, has reserved the evening of March 4 for this function planned with the gourmand in mind. The mini cocktail reception will kick off at 6:30 pm.
