HVAC company expands to Canton

A fast-growing, minority-owned heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) company has recently announced that it will be expanding its operations to Canton.

Green Energy Mechanical was founded in 2011 by Jonathan Neves in Randolph, Massachusetts as a one-man operation and has since grown to include over twenty employees. The company aims to distinguish itself from its competitors by offering a longer warranty, boasting that they:

“stand behind their work over 10 times longer than their competitors.”

A veteran of the HVAC industry, Neves also aims to provide better jobs in the industry and to make it more environmentally friendly. The company has won the Best of Home Advisor award in Boston’s Best Pick Report for the past three years.

The move to Canton is intended to help the company grow and expand its services. This could include adding services like plumbing and electricity. Relocations like this often open up jobs in new areas, with business cards and resumes joining the contractor’s toolbox. The relocation is also intended to help the company expand its services throughout Massachusetts, with a service area stretching as far south as Taunton. The company also provides assistance with devices like refrigerators, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and UV lights.

Green Energy Mechanical completed its expansion to Canton in May and is now open at a location on Neponset Street.
