Oktoberfest plans underway near St. Louis

June 21, 2021 by

The 40th Annual Belleville Oktoberfest is coming to town and St. Louis residents are ready. The fall event brings entertainment, cuisine and, of course, ample beer to the region.

Three stages will be onsite presenting live entertainment throughout the weekend. Kids can enjoy several fun activities, cotton candy, rides, shaved ice and more. The annual Wiener Dog Race is included along with a costume contest. These events are sponsored by Standard Rule Promotions.

Other scheduled events include a cornhole tournament, a classic car show along Main Street, and a range of tasty German Beer options. Sponsors for these events include Dietrich Bank, Helitech, Party Tyme Kruzers Car Club, Eagle Distributing and Kelso Auto Body. Other sponsoring entities for this large festival include Belleville Shrine Club and National Exchange Club.

Banners make ideal signage to help direct attention to specific areas and activities at outdoor festivals. Banner printing can include sponsor recognition, directional information to facilities such as food, restrooms, and parking, as well as highlighting agenda events.

Vendor sign-up is available via the event website. Volunteers are also needed and interest may be submitted online.

The 40th Annual Belleville Oktoberfest will take place on September 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, September 18, same time period. Belleville is located only about 25 minutes from St. Louis so attendance at this event is expected to be large.
